Use our products at your own risk. These products contain electrical switches, which activate and Power On/Off connected electrical devices. Phone Calls and Text Messages control these connected devices and sustain or interrupt continuous power to them. Improper operation can cause damage to the Device(s), SwitchBox, or User(s). Shipping & Freight

All Shipping and Handling fees will be charged at the time of sale. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking information (2-5 business days) to your specified email address. Express delivery is available for time-sensitive deliveries; please send a message to our team for any alternate shipping needs. Contact support@switchboxcontrol.com

 

Warranty

This warranty is extended only to the original end-use purchaser or the person receiving the product as a gift, and shall not be extended to any other person or transferee. We guarantee our product is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials, and workmanship and grant a 1-year manufacturer's warranty on all our devices. This warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance and/or failure to follow operating instructions.

Returns

Within 30 days of purchase, all merchandise may be returned for a refund, minus a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned in like-new condition with no visible damage or defects. Our returns department will issue a credit back to your method of payment. For Credit Card Processing, a 3-4 business day turnaround is typical.
